I am grateful for all the happy, healthy new babies I see on the blessed pages of the ladies whose blogs I visit. I am grateful to the mothers who choose to share the pictures of their newest blessings. Children are a precious treasure.

I'd like to share a poster with you:

You Are Safe by David Sorensen
You Are Safe

I need this poster in my house, where I can look at it all the time. I often forget the truth and become afraid for my babies, for my husband, for my friends, or for myself, but I am safe in God, and nothing can take me out of his faithful embrace.

"Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!"
Isaiah 49:14-16

Awwwww. How cute you are.

A lady I know keeps quoting something like:

Don't worry about tomorrow, God is already there...

Or something.. and it's kind of sappy, but kind of DEEP too.

Love the baby fingers, eh?

What a great poster. It gives such a peaceful feeling whenever we remember that we are safe in God. WHY do I choose to not remember that sometimes?!

Oh I love to climb up into His lap and let Him sing over me, just as a mother soothes a small child!!
